This is a reminder that all forms or membership are required to be completed before a shooter can take the field and participate on the Hutchison Trap Team. Please note that some forms are hard copied while others are on-line. Attached is a checklist that includes links and instructions for the forms. All forms were sent to you under a seperate e-mail.

 

ALL TWF and MSSA forms are due by December 5^th. For convenience you can turn these forms into the coaches on December 5^th prior to the 3:15 Hunters Safety Training in Sanders Lecture Hall.

 

ATA Renewal is due by December 5^th. For returning shooters only. All new shooters (JV) will be registered by the coaching staff.

 

ALL Hutchison Forms are due December 5^th. Please see the upload and the e-sign instructions in the checklist.

 

PAYMENT is due by January 25, 2019. Payment shall be paid to Hutchison School.

We have entered a period of recruitment for new team members and the confirmation of existing shooters for the 2019 Hutchison Trap Team. Several of the girls are currently working on recruiting new shooters. They have created a video and posters to promote the team and to encourage their classmates to join the Hutchison Trap Team.
