game bag and game reminders
Hi Gold Team!
We are super excited for the game tonight! As you can tell, it is cold and it will continue to get colder tonight. Please pack a bag for the game tonight and include ALL of the following items:
1. your stick
2. mouthguard
3. eye gear
4. black uniform shirt (just in case)
5. cleats
6. tennis shoes (in case we warm up in the parking lot or gym)
7. water - enough for the whole game bc we do not have any on the bench
8. hair elastics
9. a snack if needed after warmup/halftime
Make sure you take off ALL your jewelry (earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings...)
Please wear a white or grey sports bra under your white uniform shirt. If you want a shirt under the uniform shirt, it must be white.
Please wear warm clothes. I do not want to see blue lips and shivering bodies.
See you all tonight at 6:15 in front of Goodlett Gym.
