    • You must complete all Magnus and School Forms online by Tuesday, July 8, in order for your daughter to attend her first day of school at Hutchison.

    Parent Meetings are a very important time for you to meet your daughter's teacher. Expectations for the school year will be shared as well as the opportunity to ask questions.
    • K, 1st & 2nd Grade – 8:30-9:30 am
    • 3rd & 4th Grade – 10:00-11:00 am

    Kindergarten Drop In Visit     – Monday, August 11 | 9:00-11:00 am
    Kindergarten parents are welcome to bring their daughter to visit their classroom and teacher prior to the first day of school. You can drop in anytime between 9:00-11:00 am in your daughter's classroom.

    First Day of School     – Tuesday, August 12
    • 8:00 am – 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th grade
    • 8:30 am – Kindergarten

  • Order Supply Boxes by July 31

    You can order a supply box for your daughter's 2025-2026 school year via myHutchison when forms go live on Friday, June 6. The price of each supply box is $125 and covers the classroom supplies needed for the year. The supplies will be delivered to your daughter's classroom at the start of the school year. The deadline to order supply boxes is Thursday, July 31.

    HOW TO COMPLETE THE SUPPLY BOX FORM

    You will receive a Form Notification in myHutchison on Friday, June 6, where you can complete the form and pay for the supply box. If you do not wish to purchase a supply box, please "Decline" this form on the Files & Forms menu, then purchase the supplies from the supply list included below and make plans to bring them on the first day of school.

    If you do not wish to purchase a supply box, please "Decline" the School Supply Box form on the Files & Forms menu, then purchase the supplies from the grade-specific supply list below and bring them on the first day of school.

  • Complete Online Uniform Orders by July 1

    Hutchison's official uniform provider is FlynnO'Hara. They have an online store that is customized just for Hutchison families.

  • Wellness Center Appointments

    Parents of students with major health concerns such as asthma, life threatening allergies or diabetes are encouraged to sign up for a Wellness Center appointment.  If you are not sure if you should sign up please email Robin Hanna at rhanna@hutchisonschool.org.   • Review Intramural Sport Requirements

    All girls in grades K-4 who plan to participate in intramural sports this academic year are required to have both of the following forms filled out and submitted on Magnus before any intramural participation:
    • Sudden Cardiac Arrest Information Form (requires an e-signature from the parent on Magnus)
    • Concussion & Head Injury Information Acknowledgement Form (requires the signature of the parent and student)
    Access your Magnus Health account by selecting the "Resources" button at the top of this page and then selecting the resource board called "Magnus Portal."

  • SPARK After-School Care & Center for Excellence Classes

    Do you need after-school care for your daughter? Is she interested in lessons and other specialty after-school classes? Discover all Hutchison has to offer through our After-School Program. The Center for Excellence (CFE) features semester-long classes available one or two days per week and SPARK offers after-school care every day. Mix and match CFE classes with SPARK's 3-day or 5-day care plan options based on your daughter's interests and schedule needs. SPARK also offers holiday camps.

    You can view all after-school opportunities at Hutchison beginning Friday, August 1. Online registration for all Hutchison after-school programs including SPARK After-School Care and Center for Excellence classes begins at noon on Tuesday, August 5.
