We encourage you to participate in these informational meetings as we present the year’s action-packed plans, expectations for each age level, and an opportunity to have any questions answered.

Tuesday, August 12 - Early Childhood Student Drop-In
There will be a student drop-in visit day on the morning of Tuesday, August 12, in order for the girls to visit their new classrooms and meet their teachers. This will also be the time for you to take your first day of school pictures. A schedule for Little Hive is posted below. Pre-K and JK teachers will schedule drop-in times before the start of school.

  If you are unable to attend at your scheduled time, please call the EC office at (901) 762-6669 to make alternate plans.
- Pre-Kindergarten & Junior Kindergarten Drop-In Times
  Your daughter's teachers will schedule a drop-in time with you before the start of school.

- - 7:30 am - Early Care (no pre-registration needed; no additional charge)
  - 8:00 am - Drop Off in Early Childhood Carpool Carline
  - SPARK Aftercare Registration is available on myHutchison beginning Monday, August 5.

DUE: Order Supply Boxes by July 31
You can order a supply box for your daughter's 2025-2026 school year via myHutchison. The price of each supply box is $125 and covers the classroom supplies needed for the year. The supplies will be delivered to your daughter's classroom at the start of the school year. The deadline to order supply boxes is Thursday, July 31.
HOW TO COMPLETE THE SUPPLY BOX FORM
You will receive a Form Notification in myHutchison where you can complete the form and pay for the supply box. If you do not wish to purchase a supply box, please "Decline" this form on the Files & Forms menu, then purchase the supplies from the supply list included below and make plans to bring them on the first day of school.
IF YOU DECLINE TO PURCHASE A SCHOOL SUPPLY BOX
If you do not wish to purchase a supply box, please "Decline" this form on the Files & Forms menu (Click your name in the upper right corner of this webpage, then click Files & Forms), then purchase the supplies from the grade-specific supply list below and bring them on the first day of school.
Additional School Supply Items to Bring To School
Even if you DID purchase a supply box, there are additional items your daughter will need to bring to school that are NOT included in the box. Those items include the following:
LITTLE HIVE
- Family picture
- Complete change of clothing placed in a labeled Ziploc bag to remain at school (changes with season)
- Lovie for naps
- Each new student will receive a Hutchison book bag with a personalized name tag to be used daily. If returning students need a new book bag or luggage tag, they may be purchased in the early childhood office.
- One package of Pull-Ups (if needed)
PRE-KINDERGARTEN
- Family picture
- Complete change of clothing placed in a labeled Ziploc bag to remain at school (changes with season)
- Lovie for naps
- Each new student will receive a Hutchison book bag with a personalized name tag to be used daily. If returning students need a new book bag or luggage tag , they may be purchased in the early childhood office.
JUNIOR KINDERGARTEN
- Family picture
- Complete change of clothing placed in a labeled Ziploc bag to remain at school (changes with season)
- Lovie for naps
- Pink or skin color ballet shoes (Leo's brand recommended) labeled with student's name
- Each new student will receive a Hutchison book bag with a personalized name tag to be used daily. If returning students need a new book bag or luggage tag, they may be purchased in the early childhood office.
SPARK After-School Care & Center for Excellence Classes

Do you need after-school care for your daughter? Is she interested in lessons and other specialty after-school classes? Discover all Hutchison has to offer through our After-School Program. The Center for Excellence (CFE) features semester-long classes available one or two days per week and SPARK offers after-school care every day. Mix and match CFE classes with SPARK's 3-day or 5-day care plan options based on your daughter's interests and schedule needs. SPARK also offers holiday camps.

You can view all after-school opportunities at Hutchison beginning Friday, August 1. Online registration for all Hutchison after-school programs including SPARK After-School Care and Center for Excellence classes begins at noon on Tuesday, August 5.
