tomorrow's practice and races

We will not have the long run tomorrow morning for our girls not running in the 9th / JV Championships. We will instead run to Stacks Pancakes at 9:40 AM. The one in Memphis at 4615 Poplar Ave., Suite 102. Everyone join us if you can.

There is still a chance we'll get a break in the rain tomorrow afternoon for our races, but come prepared. Even if the rain lets up, we'll have a wet muddy course. Bring towels. Plus it will be a little windy and damp so it will feel considerably cooler than it is.
