AUDITIONS: Orchestra
For girls and boys in grades 3-12! Auditions are held after school on September 4. All students must audition to participate. To reserve your spot or for more information, email Dr. Lane at slane@hutchisonschool.org.
Designed for students who are currently studying strings, woodwind, or brass instruments during the week, this class allows musicians of intermediate and advanced skill levels to gain experience in ensemble playing. Students are able to audition for All-West Orchestra and Band. Performance dates of December 4 and April 7 are mandatory. Orchestra will meet on Wednesdays, September 4-December 4 and January 8-April 22; 3-4 grades rehearsal will meet from 2:00–3:00 pm, 5-8 grades rehearsal from 2:30–3:30 pm and 7-12 grades rehearsal from 3:00–4:15 pm.
