Parents and players,

Welcome to the Hutchison Lacrosse family!  Girls, the coaches are excited to have you as a part of the program.  You will have a season filled with many opportunities to grow as a player and together as a team. We are encouraged by our group!  

Parents and players: 5 IMPORTANT pieces of business to get us all started:

1.  Team Page Notifications:  Please log in to your/daughter’s MyHutchison account and take a look at your/her "Groups'' and find her team.  The MyHutchison team page is our primary means of communication. This is where you will get the most up to date information about the team.  To get the information, you will need to set your preferences of how you would like to receive the information, whether it be text messages or emails. On the team page, look at the "Download Section".  The first document is very important, it is called, "How to Get Team Page Notifications''.   Please make sure you take the time to configure your preferences (and your daughters) to get the team information as you prefer. 

2.  Sunday Eve Post:  Each week following, you will receive a Sunday eve post on your Team Page with reminders for the week ahead. (To receive the announcement you must set up your MyHutchison notification preferences and your daughter’s so you both will get the latest team news.) There are times in the season where we might need to shift a practice or a game. So, please make sure you can get the up to date information by setting your preferences for notifications. 

3.  Nike Team Sportswear:  The store offers Hutchison significant discounts that are typically delivered in 10-12 weeks. Please understand that all gear is optional. All (e.g. students, parents, grandparents) are welcome to purchase.  Because it is customized, it cannot be exchanged, canceled or refunded once the order is placed.  Order now, the store closes on Wednesday, February 23. 4.  Practices:  If practice starts after 4:00 on M,T,TH or after 3:00 on W: Pick up? Spark? Or Library?  

For 5th & 6th graders:  If practices or games start after 4:00pm on M,T,TH or F or 3:00pm on W then 5th & 6th grade players must either be picked up at regular carpool time or go to Spark (if registered) before the practice or game time. You may contact Lisa Campbell about Spark if you have questions at lcampbell@hutchisonschool.org. For 7th & 8th graders:  If practices or games start after 4:00pm on M,T,TH or F or 3:00pm on W then 7th & 8th grade players must either be picked up at regular carpool time or check into the library before the practice or game time. 
5th - 8th grade players may not hang out unaccounted on campus before a practice or game begins.

5. E-sign the Waiver Form: You will receive a notification in your myHutchison this weekend to E-sign the Waiver Form for the Battle of the Green Belt tournament.  It is an intown tournament Friday & Saturday, Feb. 25 & 26.  Please sign by Tuesday, Feb. 22.
