The Wilson Advanced Learning Center offers a beautiful, comfortable environment for research, study, and learning. Located in the heart of the campus courtyard, the Hutchison libraries house a collection of more than 30,000 books, periodicals, archives, and audiovisual materials. The library staff is always available to help students with research projects, collaborate with faculty, or assist patrons in selecting appropriate material.
Walker Library The Walker Library, serving Middle and Upper School students and faculty, has an open access policy. Students may come to the library on school days to enjoy its many resources from 7:45 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Comfortable chairs, a warm fireplace, study rooms, and individual or group work tables make the Walker Library a hub of activity and learning.
Morrow Children’s Library Lower School students visit the Morrow Children’s Library with their classes once a week. Students receive instruction in library skills, including the use of the Athena online catalog, introductory research skills, internet safety, and basic citation. Lower School students check out books each week. Cozy reading nooks create an inviting atmosphere for reading. The Morrow Library is open on school days from 7:45 am to 3:45 pm. |
